- Print out the forms and fill them out to completion, making sure to circle the camp to which you wish to register your camper. NOTE: Health Forms MUST be notarized prior to camp registration.
- Mail completed registration form, health form, and payment* to the following address:

Our Refunds and Returns Policy
Full refunds can be given, if requested, by 12:00 noon on the Wednesday prior to the camp. Cancellations after that time will result in loss of $25.00 preregistration fee.
Refunds will NOT be given after the start of the camp attending.
